Make this for dinner. That’s all I have to say. It’s so good.
Not only is it easy to make, this chicken pairs well with just about anything. I like to serve it with grilled or broiled asparagus, zucchini or wild rice. You could also toss it on top of some butter noodles or with Alfredo sauce. But here’s the best part, the left overs are amazing on top of fresh greens and balsamic vinaigrette for lunch or dinner a few days later. If it makes it that long… mmm.
