So over the years I have made my fair share of sides to take to a BBQ, or Superbowl party or anywhere that there’s people. People love food. This recipe is has taken some time to transform, it’s really little things I have liked from trying other pasta salads!
Its light and flavorful. It also has meats, cheeses, and veggies. Its kinda like a whole meal or its as yummy as one! Here’s what you’ll need:
- Spiral pasta noodles
- Italian dressing or olive oil with italian seasoning
- Parmesan cheese
- Mild Cheddar Cheese (block or precut cubes)
- Banana Peppers
- Black Olives
- Red Onion
First cook the pasta and add about 3 tablespoons of butter to the drained hot noodles. Let refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Take out and toss in all of the ingredients to taste. Add 1/4 of a cup of italian dressing and 1 cup of parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper!
